The reception of the Embassy of Iceland in Tokyo is open on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 10.00 to 16.00. Appointments for passport applications must be made in advance, please contact: tokyo[at]mfa.is

• 12 February: National Foundation Day

• 20 March: Vernal Equinox Day
• 29 March: Good Friday
• 29 April: Showa Day
• 3 May: Constitution Memorial Day
• 6 May: Children’s Day
• 17 June: Icelandic National Day
• 15 July: Marine Day
• 12 August: Mountain Day
• 16 September: Respect for the Aged Day
• 23 September: Autumnal Equinox Day
• 14 October: Sports Day
• 4 November: Culture Day
• 24 December: Christmas Eve (Reception open until 13.00)
• 25 December: Christmas Day
